There is a significant difference between regular window washing and post construction window cleaning. The regular window cleaning can be done with a simple scrub and squeege method while windows that are installed in a newly built home or office would require a much more work. For example, silicone, cement, advertisement thin paper, grit, sand, saw dust, drywall and all could be covering the windows, window sills and handles. Removing such material from a regular window usually takes more than an hour per window depending on the condition of the window.
